🌱【畑だより】スナップエンドウに久々の農薬散布
今日は久しぶりにスナップエンドウの畝をじっくり見回りました。
すると、葉の裏にうっすら白い粉のようなもの、そして一部の葉先には灰色がかったカビ状の斑点を発見。
どうやら「うどんこ病」と「灰色かび病」が少量発生してしまったみたいです。
ここ数日の気温差や湿度の高さを考えると、まあ起きてもおかしくない状況ではありましたが、やっぱり見つけると少し胸がざわつきますね。
ただ、発生はまだ軽度のため広がる前に手を打つべく、今日は思い切って農薬散布を実施しました。
ちなみに使用した農薬は「スクレア」といった農薬になります。

畑仕事は小さな積み重ねの連続ですが、そのひとつひとつが確実に実を結んでいくのが嬉しいところですね。
また変化があったら記録していきますね。
Today I finally took a slow walk through the snap pea rows again.
As I checked the plants, I spotted a light dusting of white powder on the backs of some leaves, and a few tips had tiny grayish mold spots.
Looks like a bit of powdery mildew and gray mold decided to show up.
With the recent temperature swings and all the humidity, it’s not exactly shocking… but still, finding it always gives me a little jolt.
Since the symptoms were still pretty mild, I figured it was best to act early.
So today I went ahead and sprayed the field.
I used a product called SCREAR for the treatment.

Farming is really just a bunch of small steps and little check-ins, but those tiny efforts always add up and make a difference.
I’ll keep watching how things change and jot down updates as they come.
